Booking
- Mobile PostOp services are available to clients who are 2 weeks PostOp or less
- Mobile appointments are available Mondays and Thursdays only
- When booking PostOp massages, be sure you are booking the correct service (Mobile or Columbia Location)
- Mobile Bawdy Contouring appointments are not available at this time
- If your appointment lasts longer than the time allotted for your appointment, you will receive an invoice for the extra time you received
- Packages must be completed within 5 months or you will be invoiced and responsible for each massage priced as a single massage and not the discounted package price.
- When booking a package, you book the initial appointment date. For the remainder of your package, view the booking calendar for our availability. Decide on your appointment dates based on what is available. Text us the appointments you would like! We will manually input them into our calendar and send them back to you for verification. *You book the remainder of your package through text message, not the website
General Conduct
- All massages are conducted for therapeutic purposes only.
- A general standard of hygiene/cleanliness in regards to the client and client's home is expected.
- We reserve the right to deny or withdraw services if the client or client's home is unhygienic.
- Treatments will be conducted only if therapist deems the treatment is safe for the client to receive.
- If the client engages in illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and/or other inappropriate behavior the session will be immediately terminated.
- If the session is terminated due to the client’s inappropriate behavior, the client is responsible for payment in full and his/her credit charge will be processed.
- Please consult with your doctor before consuming any medications and/or supplements
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at 24 hours or more in advance to avoid penalty.
- Cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $50 OR if inside a package, you forfeit one appointment (You may choose either of these options)
- There is a 1-cancel maximum. After you have canceled once, if you do not show up to the rescheduled appointment for any reason, you forfeit that appointment and any payments made for that appointment.
- If a fee is owed, it must be paid before receiving further services
- If you "No Call No Show/ If I arrive and you are not at the address you input and available for your appointment time slot you will be responsible for a $75 fee.
- If you are late, you will receive only the amount of time remaining in your scheduled appointment. The massage therapist has the right to charge the client in FULL for said services.
- If you cancel mid-package, you will be invoiced and responsible for each massage priced as a single massage and not the discounted package price.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments based on inclement weather, and extenuating and/or unforeseen circumstances. We commit to providing treatments within two weeks of the canceled treatment where possible.
- Bawse Bawdyworks reserves the right to cancel an appointment without notice if the client is intoxicated or under the influence of an illegal substance.
Travel
- To ensure new surgical clients aren't injured/results compromised by a commute to our studio, Mobile Services are exclusively dedicated to PostOp clients 2 weeks or less. (Example: 1 Week and 3 days = less than 2 weeks, 2 Weeks and 2 days = more than 2 weeks and appointments will be hosted at the massage studio at 5457 Twin Knolls Rd., Ste 300 N-2, Columbia, Md.)
- Delayed start of an appointment is possible due to traveling and the nature of our business (traffic, client illness, etc.)
- If your appointment time should ever be effected, your therapist will contact you.
- A travel fee of $20 is applied to each travel appointment you receive
- Bawse Bawdyworks travel area (30 minute drive from Baltimore/Towson). Appointments outside of our travel parameters are approved and accepted at Bawse Bawdyworks discretion. Please call, text, or DM us to see if your address is within our service area. Pending appointment approval, a travel fee of $30 plus $0.56 per mile will be applied.
Parking (For Mobile Appts)
- Your therapist will bring all equipment necessary to perform services and will need to have parking as close to the door as possible for easy access to unload their car. Please ensure there will be ample parking. If you live in a condo or apartment building, please reserve a parking space or make arrangements in advance to ensure expedient set up for your massage services.
- Any parking fees shall be paid and/or reimbursed by the client.
Parking (Columbia)
- Parking is free and available
Payment
- We accept most credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Deposits made are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred to a different service at Bawse Bawdyworks' discretion.
- If a refund is approved, you will receive a refund minus a processing fee
- If you book a package and decide for any reason not to complete the package, you will be invoiced (and responsible for) each massage priced as a single massage and not the discounted package price.
- Payments must be made on time and before your next appointment to continue service
- If invoices remain unpaid for more than 90 days, your package will be canceled and you will be invoiced and responsible for each massage priced as a single massage and not the discounted package price.
Clients Who Are Minors
- Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed.
- The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.
Media Release
- I understand that any photos, videos, and media will be used by Bawse Bawdyworks on internet platforms. I understand if I object I will need to do so in writing before service date.
PostOp Clients (Mobile Appointments)
- We will notify you of our ETA. 15 minutes prior to arrival, please remove your compression garment and take pain and iron medication if needed (Mobile)
PostOp Clients (In-Studio Appointments)
- Please bring your compression items to your appointment (Columbia)
- Please take pain and iron medication 30 minutes prior to your appointment (if needed)
- Please consult with your doctor before consuming any medications and/or supplements
Complaints
- If a client wishes to make a complaint about Bawse Bawdyworks, it must be emailed to BawseBawdyworks@gmail.com.
- Complaints must include the date, location of the incident, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome.
- All complaints will be taken very seriously and a response will be provided within 30 days.
